Project Monitor Requirements Asbestos Licensing

Each Project Monitor application is reviewed on an individual basis. Persons applying for Delaware Project Monitor certification must contact the State of Delaware Asbestos Office at (302) 739-5644 for complete instructions of the review process. All licensees must be submit the following for review:

  • Completed Project Monitor Application

  • Current Resume with copies of all training credentials/licenses

    These items are to be faxed to the Asbestos Office prior to the scheduling of any additional courses associated with the Project Monitor Certification.

At time of grandfathering or completion of additional training, all applicants must make an appointment to activate their license and bring the following:

  • Original Project Monitor Application
  • One (1) Current, Color Photo. Photo may be sent electronically.
  • Valid Government Issued Photo ID
  • Non-Refundable Fee – $50.00 (cash, company check, or M.O. only)
    Credit Card Payments Accepted Online

NOTE: Project Monitor certifications are issued on an annual basis.
