Our mission is to ensure that both existing and new state-funded facilities meet the latest standards of construction technology, building and life safety codes, environmental compliance and space standards. It is our goal to provide state employees and the public with attractive, functional, and durable facilities that are easily maintained in good or better condition. The Division hires various professional service firms to assist us in these efforts.
