Architectural & Engineering Fee Schedule
The fees in these schedules pertain to the prime design professional for single lump sum projects. The prime design professional may be either a registered architect with respect to building design or a registered professional engineer with respect to engineering projects. These fees shall include all basic services as detailed in AIA Document B101-2017, as amended by Attachment “A”, including but not limited to:
- The necessary meetings, preliminary designs, and final designs.
- The production and coordination of complete architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, including computer aided design and drafting.
- Life cycle cost analysis of the design.
- Assistance during bidding.
- Construction administration, including meeting minutes.
The following services are not included in the scheduled fees below. They may be negotiated as additional services or be provided by the state.
- Land surveys.
- Geotechnical data.
- Planning and programming.
- Standards for construction.
- Building commissioning.
- Furniture planning and design.
- Extraordinary regulatory agency approvals.
