The Division of Facilities Management (DFM) is the lead agency responsible for planning and managing the energy-related tasks for Delaware's executive managed buildings. These tasks include benchmarking and tracking energy usage, energy conservation and efficiency, clean and renewable energy procurement, and green building design. One of the division's primary drivers is Executive Order 18: Leading by Example Towards a Clean Energy Economy & Sustainable Natural Environment .
