SCHEDULE A (Complex Projects)
Health, Research, Correctional, Museum, and Special Facilities.
SCHEDULE B (Average Projects)
School, Office, Recreational, Armory, Public Safety, and Library Facilities.
SCHEDULE C (Simple Projects)
Garage, Warehouse, Industrial Facilities, Roofing Projects* (renovation does not apply).

The fees in this schedule pertain to the prime design professional for single lump sum projects. The prime design professional may be either a registered architect with respect to building design or a registered professional engineer with respect to engineering projects. These fees shall include all basic services as detailed in AIA Document B151-1997, including but not limited to:

  1. The necessary meetings, preliminary designs, and final designs.
  2. The production and coordination of complete architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, including computer aided design and drafting.
  3. Assistance during bidding.
  4. Construction administration, including meeting minutes.

The following services are not included in the above scheduled fees. They may be negotiated as additional services or be provided by the state.
  1. Land surveys.
  2. Geotechnical data.
  3. Planning and programming.
  4. Standards for construction.
  5. Building commissioning.
  6. Furniture planning and design.
  7. Extraordinary regulatory agency approvals.
