Maintenance staff in the Division of Facilities Management are responsible for providing a full range of building services including inspections, repairs, carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance activities ensuring that critical building components remain operational continuously.
The Division of Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining 2,835,243 square feet of building space in 81 state facilities statewide.
