REAL PROPERTY SERVICES
The real property section is responsible for negotiating leases on behalf of all State agencies; the acquisition of property for State facilities; and the disposition of surplus real estate in accordance with State Law. The section administers over 125 lease agreements encompassing nearly 1,200,000 square feet of office space at more than 75 sites throughout the State, from Claymont to Delmar.
