The Building Maintenance, Custodial, and Grounds Operation staff are responsible for providing a full range of building and landscape, and hard surface maintenance services. These crews ensure that critical building components remain operational continuously, that the facilities are clean and pose no health risk, and provide outside curb appeal to State-Owned Buildings and Properties.
