Title 29, Chapter 69 of the Delaware Code requires for all public works projects whose value is estimated at greater than $50,000 that an Advertisement for Bid be placed in a publication with statewide circulation not less than once a week for two consecutive weeks. To comply with this code requirement, the Division of Facilities Management (DFM) places its advertisements for bids in the Delaware State News. The advertisements for bids are also available online at www.delawarereview.com. The following advertisements for bids are as they originally appeared in the Delaware State News. Any changes in the information as contained therein (e.g. the time, date or location of the bid opening) would have been made via an addendum to the contract documents and distributed to all plans holders. The DFM cannot be held liable or responsible for any information contained in these advertisements from that originally published.
